How the 30-day window works
The 30-day window starts on the date your order is delivered (per the carrier's tracking record).
You can return up to two bottles per household per calendar year under this guarantee. Beyond that, please contact us before returning so we can confirm your specific situation.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and a one-line note. You don't need to explain at length — we just want to make sure we send the right return label.
We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. We pay the return shipping for US orders.
When the refund posts
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of our warehouse receiving the return.
Card statements typically reflect the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuer.
What is not covered
Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
Bottles damaged during the customer's possession (e.g. broken or contaminated by improper storage).
Wholesale or reseller orders. These are governed by separate terms.
