Order acceptance
An order is considered accepted only when we confirm shipment by email. Until that point, we may decline an order — for example, if a product is out of stock or the address cannot be verified.
Pricing
Prices on the site are in US dollars and may change without notice. Once an order is shipped, the price you paid is final.
Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Regulatory disclaimer
Pyunkang-Hwan is a traditional Korean food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary. You're responsible for the security of your account and for any orders placed through it. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Mateo County, California.
