We collect the data we need to ship your order, contact you about your order, and improve our site. Nothing else. This page describes what that means in practice and what rights you have over your data.

What we collect
Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, order contents.
Account data (if you create one): email, password hash, order history.
Site analytics: anonymised page-view and conversion metrics via Google Analytics 4. We do not record keystrokes or session replays.
Marketing consent (if given): email + your communication preferences, via Klaviyo.
How we use it
- Fulfilling and shipping your order.
- Sending order-related emails (confirmation, shipped, delivered).
- Sending marketing emails — only if you've explicitly opted in.
- Improving the site by understanding which content people find useful.
Who we share it with
Our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — to process your transaction.
Our shipping carrier — to deliver your order.
Our email tools (Resend for transactional, Klaviyo for marketing) — to send you the emails described above.
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your rights · GDPR / CCPA
You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements like tax records).
