Safety
Q · I'm on other medication. Can I take Pyunkang-Hwan at the same time?
Please tell your physician first. Pyunkang-Hwan is a traditional food supplement, but it still contains 20+ herbs. Combining it with anticoagulants (warfarin), antihypertensives, or immunosuppressants requires extra caution. Our customer team can also send the full ingredient list to your physician on request.
Q · Can I take it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
We do not recommend Pyunkang-Hwan during pregnancy, because the formula contains blood-moving herbs (Angelica, Ligusticum, Cinnamon). If you are breastfeeding, please consult your OB-GYN or Korean medicine practitioner before deciding.
Q · Can children under 12 take it?
We don't recommend self-administering to children under 12. Use only under the guidance of a licensed Korean medicine practitioner or paediatrician.
Q · Are there side effects?
Generally well-tolerated at standard doses. A small number of users report mild stomach discomfort or looser stools in the first 1–2 weeks; these typically settle. If symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking it and consult your physician.

Q · How many times a day should I take it?
Adults: 5 pellets twice daily, taken 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner with warm water. Adjust under the guidance of a qualified Korean medicine practitioner.
Q · How long until I notice a change?
Nasal and skin patterns commonly start to show changes around weeks 4–6; chronic lung conditions are best observed in 3-month cycles.
Q · Can I take it long-term?
Pyunkang-Hwan is designed for long-term use. Most users continue for 6–12 months and adjust based on constitutional change. Pair with regular health check-ups.
Q · Can I take it on an empty stomach?
Not recommended — it can cause stomach discomfort. Take 30 minutes after meals.

Quality & sourcing
Q · Where is it made?
Korea, in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility. Raw materials are sourced from Korean medicinal-herb markets.
Q · Are the ingredients tested by a third party?
Every raw-material batch is screened on intake for heavy metals; finished products are sent to SGS (third-party lab) for microbial limits and active-compound quantification. Each bottle carries a batch number you can use to look up its test report.
Q · Is it vegetarian / vegan?
All ingredients are plant-based herbs. The capsule shell is plant-fibre HPMC, suitable for vegetarians.
Q · How should I store it?
Cool, dry place below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, finish within 6 months.
